Can we use The Running Drummer for once-off projects?

Of course! The intention is to make your life easier by taking away the pains of overloading or under resourcing. If you need one project or 100 projects completed, The Running Drummer will make it happen.

How much does it cost?

All clients work to a weekly retainer of either 10, 15, 20 or 30 hours per week (depending on the volume of projects). This is a pre-determined agreement prior to commencing, and requires a 1 month cancellation period should either party wish to exit the relationship.”

Who are your suppliers?

We have a huge network of suppliers which we use specifically for individual projects with talent married up to the needs of the project. This also ensures we are bringing the freshest talent, newest ideas and up-to-date technologies to the table each and every time we take on a project”

Why would we use a project management service?

Because there are ALWAYS those little jobs that we just can’t get to and not enough hours in the day to manage. The Running Drummer act as an extension of your team… a resource, NOT a supplier. That way we understand your brand, your culture, your requirements to execute the project in the most cost effective and manageable way for you.”

Can we use our own existing supplier network?

Absolutely. The Running Drummer are here to make projects happen, and if you have a strong relationship with an existing supplier, we are more than happy to work with that relationship to complete the project on time and to budget.”
